Special cosmetic testing
According to China's "Regulations on Hygienic Supervision of Cosmetics" (Ministry of Health Decree No. 3), Chapter II, Article 10, provides that: the production of special-use cosmetics must be approved by the State Council administrative department of health, and can only be produced after obtaining an approval number. Special-purpose cosmetics are cosmetics used for hair breeding, hair coloring, perming, hair removal, breast enhancement, body building, deodorant, blemish removal and sun protection.
